Managing Results News - Pros today are starved for information about their functionality and how they're perceived by people around them. That is why 360 feedback offers such tremendous value for people and organizations. I will begin this dialogue by discussing an example from my own expertise. Years before, I had been a supervisor at a big insurance company getting involved in a leadership development program that included a formal 360 evaluation. Even though the majority of the results were not exactly sudden, I had been disappointed with some of the positions and comments. It was discouraging to find that other people did not perceive me to become quite as empathetic, openminded, and thinking about others' viewpoints I thought I was. I had been giving away the impression that I had been more worried about providing results and getting forward.
